Breakfast was generous with options, including delightful chocolate croissants. the service had noticeable delays. Ordering drinks took longer than expected, which became frustrating at times. I noticed the air conditioning setup in the room wasn't ideal, causing the space to be quite humid. While the decor and general atmosphere were top-notch, the slow service during peak dining times left something to be desired. it was an enjoyable experience but could benefit from sharper staff efficiency.

Breakfast offered freshly cooked items alongside cereals and pastries, making it a real treat. The setting by the river is beautiful.

my stay at the arrow was simply faultless. the property has a wow factor as you approach, with a perfect blend of old and new designs. the king room was beautifully decorated, and the staff's attention to detail was impressive. i particularly enjoyed the amazing dinner. couldn't ask for more!

Spent a night here with friends and it was fab! The garden's stunning, even if we couldn't sit outside with the furniture being cleaned. Our room had a nice outdoor space, just needs a little love. Dining area was huge, we enjoyed the views over the water while munching on some delicious food. Only wished the bedroom wasn't so stuffy.

This place is a great pick for a short stay in Alcester with good price-value balance. The refurbishment is impressive, creating a cozy atmosphere with well-spaced tables. Just a heads up, the crispy squid appetizer wasn’t great, so maybe stick to the pub classics.
